Walter Pagoaga is the creative force behind Party Rap Entertainment, blending his Louisiana roots, Latin influences, and love of Atlanta hip-hop into music with bass, rhythm, and personality. His creative work spans rap, trap, R&B, and reggaeton—from party anthems to songs about love, family, and life’s lessons.
A husband, father, veteran, and longtime air traffic control professional, Walter brings a lifetime of experience to his songwriting. His lyrics draw on the people, places, and moments that have shaped him.
Through Party Rap Entertainment, Walter explores both vocal recording and AI-assisted music creation, using new tools to develop his ideas while keeping his words and creative direction at the center. His goal is simple: make music people can feel, move to, and make part of their own story.
